We have been using Carpet Care Cleaners for sometime.  We recommend them to our friends as well.  This was the first time using the online scheduling and I found it very easy to use.  Their new service tech, Jay, was very friendly and did a super job!

Jay arrived a few minutes early and hit the floor running!  We have area rug that are much loved by our fur-children, and they smelled like it also.  Jay did a fantastic job cleaning them.  Carpets looked and smelled fresh.  They dried within a few hours so we were able to put furniture back quickly.  Best thing, it was a holiday!  Now my spring cleaning is complete.  Never been a fan of online booking but Gavin's is easy to use and has great follow up emails to confirm and remind.  I highly recommend Carpet Care Cleaners!

Kevin showed up on time, did a quick check for pet stains before he got started, then brought him all his gear in and was finished within an hour! Super friendly service! The house smelled great and carpets looked brand new after he was done! Would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again!

I asked these folks to come clean the carpets in a home I was preparing to sell. I called and made an appointment for a Saturday at 10am. The gentleman showed up exactly on time, and was extremely professional and I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home. We walked through the house and I pointed out a few areas of concern (some coffee stains, etc) and he inquired about what it was, etc and told me he’d do his best to get them out. He acknowledged the estimate I received over the phone was accurate and that they would honor it. I left for another engagement and received a call about an hour and half later that he was all done and everything came out great. I stopped by the house later in the day and found perfectly clean carpets that were groomed to look new. The whole house smelled clean and fresh. What an excellent company and experience — I highly recommend them!

Gavin was happy to come clean our carpets on a Saturday and arrived right on time. Although not initially requested, I asked if he was able to clean our oriental rugs and dining room chairs. We were planning on just reupholstering or replacing the chairs. Instead he used a furniture tool which cleaned very well and they dried in minutes. The service effectively removed the cat urine issues with the unexpected bonus of saving us from buying new furniture. Thanks Gavin!

I am on the board for a building with public meeting space.  The lobby of our building is carpeted and has very high foot traffic.  The carpets were getting to a point where we thought they needed to be replaced.  I had Carpet Care Cleaners look at them to see if they thought they could be cleaned.  They told us that they were a commercial grade carpet and should be recoverable, and that it was just that the rental cleaners we were using weren’t powerful enough.  So we had the carpets cleaned and it made a huge difference.  For the most part they looked as good as new.  There were a couple of stubborn spots that Carpet Care Cleaners wasn’t happy with the result, and they came back and made it right.  Very, very happy with them.  They will be getting repeat business from us.
