Do you clean carpets for rental turnovers?

Can you handle pest control between tenants too?
Our licensed sister company, G Green Inc. Pest and Wildlife Management, handles fleas, ants, rodents and wildlife, so carpets and pests can be taken care of together.
How is turnover cleaning priced?
Cleaning is $60 per area, with each staircase counted as an area, and a $180 minimum.
How long until the unit is ready for tenants?
Most carpets are dry in 4 to 6 hours, so a morning cleaning usually has the unit ready the same day.
Do you move furniture during a turnover?
We clean around large pieces such as beds, dressers and entertainment centers, and can shift lighter furniture like chairs and end tables on request. We don't move beds, entertainment centers or electronics.
