Poop or Chocolate?

Today we got an interesting call from a property manager. There was a mess left in the hallway by the elevator in an apartment building.... He told us it was chocolate, or poop, or something. He didn't want to find out, he just wanted it clean. That's fine with us. We got all set up and got it clean, for the record it was poop, most likely of the canine variety. As we were cleaning a resident came by with a small chihuahua and let us know that it was not her dog, but another dog that lives next door to her. Who's dog really left the mess? doesn't matter to me. The important thing is that it's clean now.
