Sometimes you need to know what stains are made out of so you can use the correct solutions and methods to remove it, other times you don't. Today when the stains were coming up just fine, we get the information from the owner as we are finishing up that the stains were actually Emu fecal mater. So add that to the list of things I've cleaned. I would have taken a picture before I cleaned it if I knew that it was such an interesting stain.
