Most of this month I have just been cleaning some dirty apartment carpets, and today was no different. I like cleaning carpet that is just really dirty and not damaged because it gives me a sense of accomplishment to see something that most people would think is beyond cleaning and give it a fresh new life. One thing I have noticed is that any time you transition from a hard floor surface to carpet, the carpet seems to get extra dirty right at the transition point. In this case it is from an entry way to a hallway, but carpets get equally as bad from kitchens and bathrooms.
