2017 Whatcom Home and Garden Show
This was our first year at the Whatcom Home and Garden Show, really our first show of any kind. We have advertised in many different ways over the years, but we still get people asking us all the time if we are new, or why they haven't heard of us. We thought the Home and garden show would be a great way to get our name out there more and be a little more visible to the public. our booth design was done by a specialist in the carpet cleaning field Ryan Kettering at http://prolificprints.com
He did the banners, and pop up displays.
Because we were right next to barron heating along the back wall we decided to bring our own water, it's a good thing we did, we went through 10 gallons in the 3 days we were set up.
The antique horses Kiddie ride was provided by Hart Novelty, it was the main attraction at our booth. It has been out of service for at least 30 years, and we brought it out for one weekend only at the show. the kids loved it. A special thank you to Jim Marsh for making this happen.
The Candy Crane was also a big hit with the young, and young at heart.
The show was a huge success, I feel we did a good job at showing the community that we are a fun company and are just nice guys in general.
Of course the show wouldn't be complete without a selfie with ciscoe. I didn't get to listen to all of the expert gardening advice because I had to get back to my booth, but I did sneak in this quick picture.
We also got to give away a Vacuum and a steam mop.
This is sure to be a yearly event for us. See you there next time for more fun.
